In a letter to Environment and Public Works Chairwoman Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) and ranking member James Inhofe (R-Okla.), the Renewable Fuels Association says the groups “grossly misrepresented and distorted” a pair of studies and misled the legislators in an attempt to get an RFS hearing.
