Ethanol Production Hits 7 Week High

Stocks of ethanol increased 3.1% from last week to 23.3 million barrels, tying the record high experienced in early March 2016.
Imports of ethanol were nonexistent for the 30th straight week.
Average weekly gasoline demand rose to 400.0 million gallons (9.524 million barrels) daily)—the highest weekly average since September 2016 and slightly above year-ago levels. Refiner/blender input of ethanol averaged 911,000 b/d.
Expressed as a percentage of daily gasoline demand, daily ethanol production was 11.07%.
