Vehicle Test results provided a Congressional Sub Committee by the Coordinating Research Council have several flaws and result in misinformation being given to the lawmakers.

That’s according to American Coalition for Ethanol Senior Vice President Ron Lamberty who wrote the sub-committee pointing out CRC tried to blame E 15 for mechanical failures in 8 vehicles they tested.

He says there were over 300 technical service bulletins issued for those test vehicles showing they already had problems.

Lamberty says E 15 or any fuel used in those vehicles had nothing to do with the engine problems they experienced.

He says CRC’s goal and that of the oil industry is to discredit E 15, eventually get it banned or the Renewable Fuel Standard overturned
