David VanderGriend, president of ICM, a Colwich-based builder and operator of ethanol plants, is leading a new effort to highlight what he said are the toxic compounds contained in gasoline.

The new group also calls on people to press the federal government to further regulate fuel.

The Urban Air Initiative has a new website www.fixourfuel.com.
