DC Circ. Pauses EPA 2017 Biofuel Standards Challenge

Law360, New York (March 13, 2017, 6:55 PM EDT) — The D.C. Circuit on Friday put on hold the American Petroleum Institute’s challenge to the Environmental Protection Agency’s 2017 renewable fuel volume requirements, saying the panel will first rule on another challenge to the agency’s 2016 biofuel standards.
