Early year concerns that the EPA was set to dramatically change the renewable fuel standard have abated, at least for the near term, with a number of analysts pointing to the complicated and lengthy process in re-engineering the RFS.
Trade sources reported 2017 D6 RINs traded from 75.0cts to 77.0cts, up 2.0cts from the prior session, with 2016 D6 RINs talked a penny higher at 75.5cts gallon. 2017 D4 biomass-based diesel RINs traded at one-month highs of $1.06 and $1.07, up a penny.
